Another new shiny

Well, work came through. After several months of forms and approvals and waiting for order fulfillment, I finally got my new powerbook.

Now I just need to figure out how to work the damn thing. I can’t find any knobs or anything, but it sho’ is shiny. Apple, as I’ve stated before many a time, is the absolute master of packaging science and making an aesthetically pleasing product. Oh, this is the G4 15″ powerbook with the nice wide screen. OSX 10.4.3 installed, whatever that means.

Now I’ve got some eduhmuhcatin’ to do for myself. Fortunately, I’ve a number of mac poweruser friends. All hail the shiny.
